Associa Kramer-Triad Management Group Collaborates with Community to Preserve Landscaping

Associa Kramer-Triad Management Group has managed this 80-unit condominium community located in Pontiac, Michigan since its inception in 1994.

Challenge:
The association was tasked with landscaping four islands within the community that could only thrive with naturally supplied water. Most contractors considered the project too small and not lucrative enough to take on.

Resolution:

The Associa Kramer-Triad Management Group team negotiated a contract with a company that agreed to work within the association’s budget. This company collaborated with community members on the specific landscaping choices made for the islands over a two-year period. Today, the islands have beautiful foliage, and Kramer-Triad continues to function as an agent in the contract renewal process and a liaison to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
